The City’s Events and Tourism departments continue to work hard to attract and secure major events for Charlottetown. As additional events are confirmed, the City will share more news and announcements in the coming months – stay tuned for exciting updates.

While the pandemic has had a profound impact on Charlottetown, the return to in-person signature events is another positive step forward in post-pandemic recovery. The City’s event attraction and hosting strategies will continue to guide the ability to successfully host, execute and create lasting legacies for our community.

Events are made possible by the efforts of numerous organizing committees and volunteers, in addition to strong funding partners who continue to navigate through the pandemic. The City of Charlottetown would like to offer a special thank you to the Charlottetown Special Events Reserve Fund, Province of PEI, Government of Canada, PEI Events Innovation Fund, Discover Charlottetown and Downtown Charlottetown Inc. among others.
