Posted on 11/07/2019
Looking for information from the City of Charlottetown? Public meeting notices, event information, documents for public meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, draft bylaws, proposed bylaw amendments, and much more are available on the City’s website.

The public can subscribe to various sections of the website to be notified directly when a new event, meeting, agenda, minutes, meeting package or bylaw is added to the website. Vendors and contactors can also sign up to be notified of tender postings and addendums.

Visit the ‘Mayor and Council’ tab for meeting agendas, a meeting calendar, the monthly Council meeting package, public meeting packages, and signed resolutions and minutes. Check out the ‘Events and Initiatives’ tab to subscribe to the events calendar.

Need documents in advance of a Planning public meeting? Find them on the meeting calendar or meeting package webpages. Agendas for meetings are posted to the corresponding date of the meeting 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Sign up to be notified by email when an item is posted.

Visit the ‘Permit Approvals’ section to view details on permits approved in the City of Charlottetown. Subscription options are also available on this webpage.

Interested in knowing what bylaw amendments are proposed or what draft bylaws are before Council? Check out the Bylaws and Regulations section under Resident Services. Subscriptions are available on the webpage for anyone who wants to be notified when a document is added.
