Bike Week Events Cancelled on Saturday due to Weather

Due to forecasted weather, the Bike Week events scheduled for Saturday, June 22 have been cancelled.

The City’s Cycling Pop-Up station, originally scheduled to be held at the Charlottetown Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., has been moved to be part of the Canada Day activities in Victoria Park on Monday, July 1. PEI Bike Guy, Geoff Murray, will be providing free tune-ups (routine maintenance only, no major repairs included). The booth will be set up in Victoria Park from 1 – 4 p.m. as part of the Canada Day activities on Monday, July 1.

The Skate and BMX Competition, sponsored by Outer Limit Sports, has also been cancelled. This event will take place in August as part of the Natal Day celebrations. Details will be announced at a later date.
