The fun and excitement at Jack Frost Winterfest has been non-stop since the gates opened last night, but Jack is not done yet! For the second year, Jack Frost will be opening the Outdoor Snow Kingdom to celebrate Islander Day.

Festival-goers can access the Snow Kingdom for $7.50 on Monday, February 17 in recognition of the winter Stat Holiday. Those that call Charlottetown home are in for an extra sweet treat! Thanks to our amazing partners at the City of Charlottetown, the first 775 Charlottetown residents who show proof of where they live, will access the snow kingdom site for free!

“We’re celebrating Islander Day in the City of Charlottetown – the Birthplace of Confederation – by inviting everyone to join us outside for some fun at the 2020 edition of the Jack Frost Winterfest,” said Mayor Philip Brown. “We’re pleased to, once again, offer free admission to the Outdoor Snow Kingdom for Charlottetown residents as part of this mid-winter holiday.”

To experience all the Jack Frost Winterfest has to offer, including the Indoor Playland and Live Family Stage featuring Baby Shark and Max & Ruby, purchase a Sunday day pass for $25 ($90 for a family of 4). Snow Kingdom only passes which include access to Sunday or Monday’s freestyle snowmobile demonstrations are also available for $15. Tickets can be purchased online or at the on-site box office located at Confederation Landing (Lower Prince Street entrance) .
