City Installs Remembrance Day Pop-up Exhibit
Posted on 11/05/2021
The City of Charlottetown has partnered with The Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum to create a pop-up historic exhibit entitled Lest We Forget, which honours the men and women who served our country in times of war & peace. The display is located on the first floor of the Confederation Court Mall.

City Staff have included selections from the City of Charlottetown’s Collections and The Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum to create the exhibit. Among the wide variety of items on display are historical military uniforms, photos of veterans, as well as various medals and badges. Many of the images and objects have never been exhibited before, and the display features some new photographs and artefacts that were donated within the last year.

The City of Charlottetown and The Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum would like to thank the Confederation Court Mall for donating the space and all the individuals who have generously contributed materials to make this exhibit possible. Through these donations, the Heritage Department can learn about the past and share this knowledge with the public.

For more information on donating photos or allowing the Heritage Department to scan images, please contact the Planning and Heritage Department at 902-629-4051 or [email protected].

The exhibit will be available during mall hours until November 27, 2021. Consult the Confederation Mall Website for updated information.
