City of Charlottetown Extends Common Things Art Installation Until July 11th
Posted on 07/05/2021
The City of Charlottetown has extended the downtown Common Things Art Installation by one week – now ending on July 11th.

Common Things is an outdoor photo exhibit featuring backlit works from 20 Island artists that is currently lining lampposts on Queen Street (between City Hall and Water Street) and Grafton Street (between Great George and Queen Streets). Imagined and curated by local artists Patrick Brunet and Kelly Caseley, Common Things seeks to explore what unites us by capturing everyday items, moments, places, and expressions through participating artists’ eyes, experiences that we share as a collective and evolving nation. Artist statements and information are available on the City’s Instagram page, @city_of_charlottetown.

This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada.
