Fire Department Hosts Second Information Session

The annual volunteer firefighter recruitment campaign is currently underway, and this drop-in session will provide interested individuals an opportunity to ask questions and speak with other volunteer firefighters. The information session will be held on Saturday, October 2 at 7 p.m. at Station 2 (152 St. Peters Road).

Application packages are available until October 25 at the Charlottetown Fire Department Station 1 at 89 Kent Street at any time during the recruitment campaign and, at Station 2 at 152 St. Peters Road between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. All volunteer firefighters in Charlottetown receive training and leadership development, insurance coverage, fellowship, and annual honorariums. Completed applications are due by November 14 and must be returned to Station 1.
