The City of Charlottetown is pleased to release the 2019 Annual Report, which highlights projects, events, new initiatives, and operational updates from the City Corporation.

“We have many accomplishments to be proud of and I am pleased, on behalf of myself and Council, to share this report highlighting some of great work and the many successful initiatives, events, and partnerships in 2019,” said Mayor Philip Brown. “In 2020, there are still a lot of things we hope to accomplish with an overarching goal of continuing to make Charlottetown – the Birthplace of Confederation – a desired place to live, work, and play.”

The 2019 Annual Report is available online at and a limited number of hardcopies are available for pickup at City Hall (199 Queen Street), West Royalty Community Centre (1 Kirkdale Road), and the Charlottetown Police Station (10 Kirkwood Drive). Over the next few days residents can expect to receive a one-page letter in their community mailbox with photo highlights from the report and a reminder of the hardcopy pick-up locations, as well as where to find the report online.

“In an effort to be a more sustainable organization, only a limited number of hardcopies of the annual report will be available and we encourage residents to view it online,” said Mayor Brown. “I pride myself on being an open and transparent Mayor so if anyone has any questions, ideas or suggestions, I encourage you to reach out.”
