Make Our Hometown Beautiful has been a local beautification initiative through the City of Charlottetown held in tandem with the national/international program, Communities in Bloom. This year, there wasn’t an official call for nominations as the Make Our Hometown Beautiful program is undergoing a full review with plans of a revamp and launch in 2020.

The City of Charlottetown, in partnership with Downtown Charlottetown Inc (DCI), decided to hold a small event this year, in lieu of the Make Our Hometown Beautiful program, hosted by Mayor and Council to recognize past award recipients, participants, and contributors of the DCI Adopt-a-Corner program.
