Due to inclement weather, tonight’s Santa neighbourhood parade tour through Winsloe and West Royalty has been postponed to Wednesday, December 1.
The Charlottetown Christmas Parade presents: Santa Claus Comes to Town will continue as follows:

• 500 Lots, south of Euston Street
Sunday, November 28
• Sherwood-Parkdale, between Mount Edward Road and St. Peter’s Road
• City Centre, north of Euston Street, east of Spring Park Road and south of Kirkwood Drive-Allen Street
Monday, November 29
• Parade tour not scheduled due to Special Meeting of Council.
Tuesday, November 30
• City Centre, north of Brighton Road-Euston Street, west of University Avenue, south of Capital Drive
Wednesday, December 1
• Winsloe
• West Royalty, north of arterial highway
All tours will begin at 5:30 p.m. nightly and are anticipated to last approximately two hours. Detailed route maps are available at

First introduced in 2020 as a COVID-friendly alternative to the annual Charlottetown Christmas parade, the neighbourhood parade tours will feature the Charlottetown Police Services, Charlottetown Fire Department, our beloved friend Charlie Town, Mayor and Council, and special guest Santa Claus.
For safety during the parade tour, residents and local businesses are reminded to follow physical distancing guidelines and to avoid large gatherings. On the evening the parade tour is scheduled in your neighbourhood, please avoid parking on the street and be aware of minor potential traffic delays.
