The Better Homes Neighbourhood Energy Project helps homeowners in a Charlottetown neighbourhood through a hands-on energy efficiency process resulting in lower energy bills and environmental impact. Applicants must have a single-family house, duplex or rowhouse. Apartments and other Multi-Unit Residential Buildings (MURBs) will be reviewed to determine eligibility.
