Time: 7 a.m. Monday to approx. 7 p.m. Tuesday
Traffic Impacts: Kensington Road, between Beasley Avenue and Exhibition Drive, will be closed to through traffic.
Southbound traffic on Kensington Road will continue to have direct access to Exhibition Drive. Northbound traffic will be detoured via Beasley Avenue, St. Peters Road and Spring Lane to access Exhibition Drive or continue north on Kensington Road. Exhibition Drive will remain open to eastbound traffic. Access to residential and business driveways will be maintained throughout the closure. Detour signage will be in place, and traffic control personnel will be on site during working hours. Motorists are asked to follow posted signage and allow extra travel time.
Details: The closure is required to bring newly installed sanitary sewer and water infrastructure into service, including transferring sanitary sewer flows to the new pipeline and connecting the new watermain to the existing system.
