The City of Charlottetown will host a Public Meeting of Council to hear comments on the proposed Zoning and Development Bylaw.

Date: Thursday, Sept. 3
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Rodd Charlottetown Hotel, 75 Kent St.

The meeting provides an opportunity for members of the public to speak directly to City Council and have their comments entered into the public record.

There are three ways to participate in or watch the Public Meeting:

In person: No registration is required.
Virtually: Registration is required. To register, email the Planning and Heritage Department at [email protected] or call 902-629-4158 during business hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please provide your name, phone number and/or email address. The deadline to register is Tuesday, Sept. 1. Registered participants will receive instructions from staff on how to participate virtually by noon on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
Livestream: Those who wish to watch the meeting without speaking to Council can view the livestream at charlottetown.ca/video.

Written comments can also be submitted until noon on Friday, Sept. 18, in any of the following ways:

• Complete the online feedback form at CharlottetownHall.ca.
• Email comments to [email protected].
• Hand-deliver comments to the Planning and Heritage Department at 70 Kent St. in Charlottetown.

All comments received will become part of the public record.
