Posted on 05/13/2026
The City of Charlottetown’s Environment and Sustainability Department, in partnership with the Charlottetown Library Learning Centre, invites residents to attend the Fix-It Fair.

Date: Saturday, May 23

Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Location: Charlottetown Library Learning Centre, 97 Queen Street

The Fix-It Fair is a free event that promotes waste reduction and helps residents save money by extending the life of everyday household items through repair and reuse.

Skilled volunteer ‘fixers’ will provide free repair services and share practical tips on how to perform similar repairs at home. Attendees may bring one item for repair, such as a bicycle, small appliance or article of clothing. Please note that smart phones, laptops and antique clocks will not be accepted.

The Fix-It Fair will also feature a Community Resource Hub, showcasing local organizations and services available to Charlottetown residents.
