Queen Street Parkade Temporarily Closed for Maintenance
Posted on 10/14/2026
The City of Charlottetown advises residents and visitors that the Queen Street Parkade will be closed on Saturday, Oct. 17 and Sunday, Oct. 18, to allow for scheduled maintenance work.
The scheduled work is part of the City’s ongoing maintenance and targeted repairs to ensure the parkade remains a safe and reliable parking option while longer-term plans are developed. Additional repairs are anticipated in the coming weeks, which may require another temporary weekend closure. Further details will be shared once confirmed.
During the closure, motorists are encouraged to use the Fitzroy Street Parkade as an alternative parking location.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates the public’s patience while this work is completed.
