The City of Charlottetown’s Parks and Recreation Department advises residents that tennis courts 1-3 at Victoria Park will be closed beginning Wednesday, Aug. 26, to allow for necessary renovations. The courts are expected to reopen in mid-October.
Work will include demolition, asphalt resurfacing, application of a new acrylic playing surface and upgrades to the chain-link fencing.
Tennis courts 4-8 will remain open and available for public use. Court bookings are available online through the City of Charlottetown
website.
