Passmore Street Converted to One-Way Traffic

The Charlottetown Public Works Department reminds residents that as of Sept. 26, 2023, Passmore Street has been permanently converted from a two-way traffic street to a one-way traffic street.
This change is part of the Passmore Street Reconstruction project that has been ongoing since the summer.
Traffic on Passmore Street now flows only in the eastbound direction, from Queen Street toward University Avenue. As a result, access to Passmore Street is from Queen Street only, and exiting traffic must head toward University Avenue. Motorists are reminded to pay close attention to signage posted on the street.
